Week Five Lets Thrive

I will start off with my three daily creates.

I will now show my three weekly assignments.

The next creation I will show is my radio bumper.

Next will be my reflection of the audio that I listened to this week consisting of “Moon Graffiti” and Jad Abumrad.

I will now show my reflection for DS 106 Radio.

The final piece that I will be showing is some ideas that I have for a radio show.

Once again, all my success for the week is due to Bob. Who the heck thought that I would be making a beat. I would have never guessed that I would even think about doing that. Then taking that beat and throwing my voice into it to make a radio bumper. The best part about it is that my radio bumper got used in one of the intros for DS 106 Radio. This week definitely brought me out of my comfort zone once again. Without Ross’s word pushing me through I don’t know if my work would have been as good. I knew that I had to step out of the box for this week, it was just how far do I step out. Ross pushed me out of it as far as I could go. I am glad that I was able to make that happen.

Overall, it was a pretty easy week of work. It was by far the most time consuming week. I had a few issues with downloading and uploading things, but after a while I would get it figured out. I liked the layout of this weeks assignments much better. I am not a huge fan of fulfilling the star requirement because sometimes the lower amount of stars takes me longer then assignments with more stars. I enjoyed the week!

This week I have been actively participating with my classmates by interacting with them on social media, commenting back to their comments, commenting on their comments in our discussion, and commenting on their blogs.
